Truth Tellers: people you trust to provide feedback
Troubleshooters: people who solve problems
Executors: people you can rely on to get things done.
Enterprising: people who are passionate and enthusiastic about life
Encouragers: people who provide encouragement 

Remove yourself from anywhere you don't feel loved, appreciated, and respected. Evaluating these types of situations is a form of Selfcare. 

Remember your goal is to create Win-Win situations for you and the people you are associated with in 2023.
