5 Tips to help you win when things don't work out as planned.

1. STOP 
   1. Take a few minutes
   2. Completely exam how you are feeling
2. Find Perspective
   1. What is the worst that could happen?
   2. What is the best possible outcome for your plans?
3. No Stress only Solutions
   1. Don't stress/ No negative thoughts
   2. Focus on Solutions. Create three solutions for your plans. 
4. Focus on your Goals
   1. Decide if your goal is too big. A sub-goal may be required. 
5. Note lessons
   1. What lessons have you learned from not achieving your plan?
   2. How can you make better choices next time?

Use these tips to help you move forward on your Plans. Don't be discouraged be inspired to keep moving on your Goals.
