5 Tips to help you win when things don't work out as planned.
- STOP
- Take a few minutes
- Completely exam how you are feeling
- Find Perspective
- What is the worst that could happen?
- What is the best possible outcome for your plans?
- No Stress only Solutions
- Don't stress/ No negative thoughts
- Focus on Solutions. Create three solutions for your plans.
- Focus on your Goals
- Decide if your goal is too big. A sub-goal may be required.
- Note lessons
- What lessons have you learned from not achieving your plan?
- How can you make better choices next time?
